One of the blessings of our job is being able to meet clients from all around the world. Miranda and Ronald are a sweet couple from Hong Kong, and were originally going to come to California for their pre-wedding pictures. But when we announced that we were going to be shooting in Australia, they managed to also plan a trip to coincide with our dates.
It was a full day of shooting, with quite a bit of traveling inbetween! We started in Melbourne, then headed off to Brighton Beach, and then finished up at Yarra Valley! Due to the logistics, we had to take two separate cars, and Miranda had to drive for the first time in years! Major props to her, because it’s not easy especially with Melbourne rush hour traffic!

The ocean was an important part of Miranda and Ronald’s wedding as he had proposed underwater while scuba diving!
Surprise water fight *started by Miranda*! 😛 The composition isn’t the best, and Ronald is a little out of focus. But for us, we love this shot for the spontaneous moment it captures, and for their laughter which we can still practically hear. 🙂

Melbourne’s laneway cafes have so many hidden treasures. This macaron specialty store being one of the many. 🙂
“I <3 HIM” & “I <3 HER”
With no bathrooms in sight, Miranda was a trooper and we changed into her last look right on the side of the road. Christina changed Miranda into her last look in less than a minute while Jenny finished lacing her up.
Ronald especially looks great in a suit!
